Free includes 60 recording minutes each month and 1 workspace. Your first successful recording on a new account gets LinkedIn posts, pull quotes, newsletters, and X posts, saved brand voice, custom prompts and chat. Other recordings get LinkedIn posts and pull quotes, without saved voice guidance. No card is required.

Yes. That recording keeps all its outputs and saved voice tools, with an initial generation plus 3 regenerations per output. Failed processing does not use the bonus. Deleting the recording or starting a new month does not grant another bonus. Accounts returning from a paid plan do not receive a new bonus.

Recording duration is rounded up to the minute and counted once when transcription succeeds. Generating another output does not use recording minutes.

A workspace keeps a voice profile, glossary and custom prompts together. Each plan includes a stated number of workspaces.

Upload MP3, WAV or M4A audio, or MP4 or MOV video. You can also import compatible podcast episodes from an RSS feed. The per-file cap is 1 GB for audio and 10 GB for video.

The first generation creates an output. A regeneration makes another version of that same output from the recording. Free allows 1 regeneration per output on other recordings, and 3 on the full-kit recording. The comparison table lists each paid plan's allowance. Editing text yourself does not use a regeneration.

Uploads exceeding your remaining recording minutes are refused before processing. Settings shows when your monthly allowance resets. You can wait for the reset or choose a plan with more recording time.

Workspaces above the plan limit stop processing new recordings and generating content. You can still view, edit, copy, export, share and delete existing work. Choose which workspaces stay active in Settings, upgrade, or delete a workspace to free a slot.

Annual plans are billed for a full year. The monthly equivalent and savings compare that annual total with twelve monthly payments. Recording allowances still renew monthly.

Free includes about 16 GB of storage. Entry, Pro, and Business each include about 53 GB. An upload must fit both the per-file cap and your remaining storage. Remaining storage is your plan’s quota minus stored media and space reserved for uploads or processing already in progress. Extracted audio needs additional storage after a video is uploaded. An upload can fit initially but still exhaust storage during processing. Original recordings are kept today, and extracted audio also uses storage. Video uploads must fit both the per-file limit and your remaining storage, with additional space available for processing. If storage fills, uploads or processing can stop. Deleting recordings you no longer need frees space. Automatic deletion of original videos after successful transcription is planned; until it is available, originals remain in your storage.

Yes. In Settings, open Plans & usage to choose a paid plan and monthly or annual billing. Changes use prorated billing. If payment is needed, complete it before the new plan takes effect.

In Settings, open Plans & usage and select your current paid plan’s Cancel at period end action. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid billing period. You keep paid access until then, and your account moves to Free afterwards.

For a paid subscription, open Settings, then Plans & usage and Manage billing. The Stripe billing portal lets you access invoices and update your payment method and billing details.
